 To ensure a smooth application journey with BENOW, please take note of the following:

  • For design positions, a pre-interview assignment may be required.
  • For contract-based intern positions, the skills assessment stage may be optional depending on the situation.

  • Depending on the case, certain stages of the process may be combined or adjusted.

  • Interview allowances are provided and the amount may vary by interview stage.

  • If any false information is found in your application (such as academic or work history), your offer may be withdrawn.

  • Candidates eligible for employment protection (e.g., persons with disabilities, veterans) will be given preferential 

      consideration in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Eligibility criteria and preferred qualifications may differ by position so please carefully review the job posting you’re applying for.

01 Application Review

  • We’ll review your resume and cover letter to assess your qualifications, motivation and fit for both the role and the company.
  • Screening results will be sent to your registered email within two weeks.

02 Culture Fit

   Assessment

  • Candidates who pass the initial stage will complete an online skills assessment
    which also helps us evaluate cultural and organizational fit.

03 First-round

       Interview

  • Your interview will be based on your submitted documents with questions tailored to your experience and background.
  • We’ll evaluate how well you fit the role — in terms of skills, communication, and mindset.

04 Final Interview

  • In the final interview, we’ll take a deeper look into your competencies and evaluate how well you align with BENOW’s values and vision.
  • We’ll also assess your cultural fit within the broader BENOW organization.

05 Final Offer🎉

  • If you perform well throughout the interview process, you’ll be invited to join BENOW.
    • New graduates

            will begin as contract-based interns for a two-month period, after which they may be considered 

            for full-time employment.

    • Experienced candidates 

   will undergo a three-month probationary period, during which 100% of their salary will be paid.
